快適に瞑想をするための座り方を整えてから、心を落ち着かせる呼吸法を行います。約40分程度、静かに座った後に、最後は仰向けでリラックスします。瞑想の経験は問いません。初心者の方でも大丈夫です。自分の内面を見つめて、ご自分自分を慈しみましょう。瞑想の時間が人生の宝物になります。
ヨガの練習は継続が大切です。現代ではすぐに得られる成果やわかりやすい変化を求めがちですが、何も求めずに純粋な気持ちでただシンプルに座ってみましょう。
Yoga Meditation 60-minute Class After preparing a comfortable sitting posture for meditation, practice breathing exercises to calm the mind. Sitting quietly for about 30-40 minutes, finally let’s relax with Savasana. No previous meditation experience is necessary. Beginners are welcome. Look inside yourself and be compassionate to yourself. The time you spend in meditation will become a treasure of your life. This is the four days morning meditation practice.
If possible, please attend as much as you can. Continuity is the key to yoga practice. Today, we tend to look for instant results and easy-to-understand changes. However, through this practice let's simply sit with a pure heart without seeking anything.
